American Flame AF-LMF/RV Standing Pilot Valve Kit with Custom Flame Height Remote Control

This control system was developed to provide safe, reliable, user-friendly operation for gas heating appliances. This unit features a standing pilot that requires manual lighting, following which it can be remotely operated using the included remote control.

  • REMOTE OPERATION: This valve kit requires the pilot to be lit manually. Once lit it can be left standing. Use the included remote control to turn the fire ON or OFF and customize the flame height.
  • SAFETY FUNCTION: This unit will close the gas flow if the oxygen level in the room is determined to be too low. Never operate this unit with the glass fireplace enclosure (doors) in the closed position. Install the Damper Clamp (included) to allow air flow.
  • PLACEMENT: Valve box must be located a minimum of 2-inches from the side of the basket grate and never placed directly in front or behind the basket grate.
  • COMPATIBILITY: This valve kit is designed to be used with 18 to 30-inch natural gas log sets (purchased separately). Optional LP conversion kits with pilot orifices are available separately.

Limited Warranty

American Flame warrants the AF-LMF Valve Kit for 12 months from the date of purchase or installation to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Damage to the AF-LMF Valve Kit caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or installation error, whether preformed by a contractor, Service Company, or owner, is not covered by this warranty. American Flame will not be responsible for labor charges and/or damage incurred in installation, repair, replacement, or for incidental or consequential damage. Some states, provinces, and nations do not allow exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state, province, or nation.
