GET REWARDED

Redeem points within the Rewards widget for coupons to use on future orders. You choose how many points you want to redeem at a time.

Accessing your Rewards

1. Login to your account on the homepage or within the rewards widget in the bottom left corner.

2. Once logged in, you will see your name at the top of the widget along with your total points and any coupons you may have redeemed but not used.

3. Follow the prompts to find out how to earn points or redeem your points.

Is the OnFireGuy Rewards Program free?

Yes, it's free to join. We are not a subscription-based service, so there is no cost to you.
How do I earn points aside from purchases?
  • Create an account: 200 points
  • Add your birthday: 500 points
  • Refer a Friend: They get $5, you get 1000 points
  • Write a product review: 200 points
Where do I find my points?

After logging into your account, make sure to check out the red "Rewards" widget waiting for you on the bottom left of the site. You'll see your accumulated points and options for redemption available to you.
Who can participate in the program?

Everyone is welcome to join, however, wholesale customers are excluded from the program.
When will the points show up in my account?
  • Points for signing up are available immediately.
  • Birthday points are available at the start of your birthday month.
  • Referral points are available after the referred friend has placed an order.
  • Points earned from placing an order are applied to your account once your order has shipped. Points will be deducted from your account if the order is returned and refunded.
Do points expire?

Yes. For this reason, we highly recommend redeeming your points on a regular basis. All unredeemed points will expire after 12 months. Redeemed points that are unused will expire after 12 months.
How do I redeem points?

It's easy! Just log into your OnFireGuy account, open the rewards widget in the bottom left and select "Ways to redeem". We offer three ways to redeem your points. The first option, "Order Discount" lets you choose how many points you want to redeem. The second two options are quick coupons and are offered in either a $5 or $10 redemption. After you have successfully redeemed your points, you will receive a coupon code to apply your redemption on your order.
