When will my order be shipped?
Orders submitted before 2:00 PM Central Time are processed the same business day. Orders submitted after 2:00 PM or on weekends are processed the following business day. You will receive email notification once tracking information is generated for your shipment.
Can I return my product?
Most items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the product, providing they are in original resalable condition. Return policies are listed on every product page. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for more information and to start a return.
What do I do if my product arrives damaged?
We work hard to deliver your items without damage. But if you do receive some damage, please fill out the contact form below ensuring to provide your order number and a photo of the damaged parts. We are more than happy to work with you to find the right solution.
What size capsule do I need for my coin?
To ensure an optimal fit, match your coin's diameter and depth to the corresponding capsule specifications. We recommend measuring both dimensions before selection to guarantee a precise fit. For coins with an odd diameter (ex: 38.61mm) we recommend either sizing up to a 39mm Direct Fit or size down to a 38mm Ring Fit. NOTE: sizing down will only apply when using the Ring Fit style capsules.
How do I access my rewards points?
There are two ways to access your rewards.
1. Open the Rewards Widget in the bottom left corner of this page. There you can login to your account if you haven't already. You can view your points, redeem your points, and find out more ways to earn points.
2. Login to your account (if you haven't already) at the top right of any page. Use your account menu to choose the Rewards tab and view your points, view any previously redeemed points, redeem unused points, and find out more ways to earn points.
