Return policy

At OnFireGuy, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure your satisfaction.

If you wish to initiate a return, please do so by following the link at the bottom of page within 30 days of receiving your order, some restrictions apply. Hollon safes have restricted return policies. Please view that policy on the product page. Once the return has been accepted, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with a pre-paid return label.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note, that certain items, such as beauty or grocery items are not eligible for return.

Damaged or defective products

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

International returns

For international customers, please note that return shipping costs and any associated customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking and insurance for international returns. Please contact us to initiate a return.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. After inspection, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
