Order processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday, before 2pm CST (Central Standard Time), are processed promptly to ensure same-day shipping. For added convenience, orders totaling $9.95 or more are eligible for free standard shipping within the United States, with delivery usually taking 2-7 business days depending on the destination. Expedited shipping choices are also offered for those seeking quicker delivery for an extra cost. International orders are subject to shipping fees detailed at checkout. Please note, larger volume orders may require additional processing time owing to their size and complexity. It's important to consider that delays stemming from holidays or inclement weather conditions can occasionally impact shipping times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination of the order and minimum cart value. Orders shipped within the United States will qualify for free shipping if the cart subtotal reaches a minimum of $9.95. For large volume orders, such as truckload or skid shipments, special shipping arrangements may be required. Our team will work closely with you to determine the most cost-effective and efficient shipping method.

Tracking information

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

International shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and total weight of the order. Excluding South Africa, duties and customs charges will also be calculated at checkout.
