TERMS OF A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT
- Customer must be purchasing OnFireGuy products for use in resale or manufacturing.
- Customer must be tax exempt. A valid resale certificate or tax-exempt certificate is required.
- Wholesale pricing is available for last column product options, typically full case products, unless otherwise shown in volume discount options. Wholesale pricing is not available for pre-packaged quantity options, but they can still be purchased under a wholesale account. Not all products sold by OnFireGuy are available for wholesale accounts.
- Orders are shipped by UPS, FedEx or Freight. All orders are F.O.B. from Elysian, Minnesota. Freight cost is added to the invoice before payment is completed.
- Placing Orders: Orders can be placed on our website, by logging into the account before adding items to the cart. If you are not logged into prior to adding products, the wholesale discount will not properly be applied. Wholesale customer can also email their purchase orders to: sales@onfireguy.com.
- Payment options are Prepaid Check or Credit Card. If paying by check, we will still need a credit card on file as a backup payment method. Please wait to send a check until the final invoice with shipping charges applied has been sent. If payment has not been made in that period, the credit card on file will be charged. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. All payments must be received in advance of shipping either by check or credit card. By signing below, you agree to this policy.
- Discounts per order: 20% off <$3000, 25% off >$3000.00
- Comply with OnFireGuy’s terms and Non-Compete Clause. Competing directly against OnFireGuy on online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, etc. are prohibited. Exceptions may be granted only with express written permission from OnFireGuy. Online sales using your own company website or making your own separate listings on the previously mentioned marketplaces are permitted an encouraged. “OnFireGuy” is a Registered Trademark. OnFireGuy is Brand Registered on Amazon.
- OnFireGuy wholesale customers are expected to obey all copyright and trademark laws regarding OnFireGuy’s intellectual property and that of OnFireGuy’s other wholesale customers. Any customer found to be using OnFireGuy’s trademark or copyrighted images without permission will be removed as an authorized vendor.
