Below you will find some common questions that we answer regularly. If you do not see an answer to a question you have please fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page. We will get back to you as soon as we can, and may add it to our frequently asked questions page.

 

Where do I enter my Coupon Code?

We know you want to save money, but where do you enter your coupon code? Add item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. If paying with PayPal you will need to sign into your account, it will look like you will be charged full price, but don't worry, once you get to Step 5 of checkout you will enter your coupon code. Enter the coupon code you wish to use and click "Apply", once you do so you will see the discount. How do I reset my password?

Click Sign In toward the top left of the page. There it will ask you to enter your information, if you do not know your password click  the "Forgot your password?" link and enter your email address you used to originally make your account. If you do not know this email account please give us a call at 507-722-2601 or Toll Free: 866-727-4120 and we will be happy to reset the password for you.

 

What is your Return Policy and how do I return an item?

We accept most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a refund, login to your account and view the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s). We will notify you with an RMA #, and will email you a confirmation of refund once we receive the returning item(s). We do not pay return shipping unless we have made an error processing your order.

 

How soon can I expect my order?

All orders are processed the Same or Next Business Day, and usually delivered between 3-10 business days. We typically use USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx as our Delivery Carriers. If you would like us to use a different carrier for your order please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate your request. There may be additional charges for alternate shipping services. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, which typically takes 6-10 business days.

 

 Will my information be safe?

What payment options do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal and we also accept bank cards from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All payments are processed through secure servers and we do not sell, exchange, transfer, or give any information to any other company for any reason other than the express purpose of delivering your purchased products.
